Our spiritual life is just like our physical body - we all have to feed it if we want it to thrive. If we do not eat the right type of foods or if we abstain from food entirely for an extended period of time, how strong and healthy will our physical bodies be? This fact rings true with our relationship with God. How can any of us expect to be strong spiritually if we neglect to nourish our souls with God's word every day? Everyone's body is unique, as God's creation, but each of us have the same senses. With these gifts comes a responsibility to care for them correctly. To feel God's hand upon our lives as never before, we need to start guarding our senses today as if watching over pure gold, for our senses are more valuable than the finest treasures on earth; being aware of what or who is entering. This book outlines the ways each of our five senses is vulnerable to compromise and also contains strategies for using the Armor of God for protection and the glorification of God's Kingdom. Betsy Stowers Frazier was born in Knoxville Tennessee and grew up in Luttrell, Tennessee. While a student at Virginia Intermont College, she married Charles Michael Frazier in 1965. They have 2 daughters, Nancy Lee and Beth Michele, and between them have 5 precious sons. Around 2000-2001, God began to speak to Betsy about her purpose in life. As a result of this time of prayer and introspection, Angelic Ministries was birthed. At the onset of this ministry, Betsy felt compelled to write this book due to leadings of the Lord. This ministry is located in Knoxville, Tennessee. It services 80-100 families within the city limits weekly, but also consistently maintains an international ministry.
